Nico Tortorella & Kyle Krieger Talk About Their Relationship and Life

Actor Nico Tortorella (Younger & Scream 4), and Kyle Krieger (Hairstylist, Instastud, & well-known YouTuber) were #CoupleGoals forever…until they broke up this past May, of course.

Now, for those of you who follow actor Nico Tortorella, you know he has a podcast on iTunes called “The Love Bomb” (for those of you who didn’t know, you’re welcome!). On Nico’s latest episode titled “A Man I Love Named Kyle”, he asked his ex Kyle to join him to discuss how they met, how they were clean/sober, and their 6-month whirlwind of a relationship.

Nico begins the show by saying, “gay is normal, gay is love, and anybody who thinks otherwise can go f*** themselves.” However, Nico doesn’t identify with being gay – he’s sexually fluid, meaning he occasionally dates men.

In the episode, Nico and Kyle talk about how for months they were just pen pals of sorts, and then began a 6-month bi-coastal realationship with Nico living in New York and Kyle living in California.  Now for many people, especially in the LGBTQ community, it’s really hard to maintain a long distance relationship – something that many of us can relate to.  But for the guys, it was fairly easy. They kept all lines of communication very open and flew back and forth to see each other whenever they could, whether it was meeting in NYC, California, or another state. They made it work for a while until Kyle made the move back to the east coast. Throught the interview, he expressed how he knew he fell in love with Nico but was scared to express it: “I was worried that those feelings had disappeared for me.

The good new news is after the interview the two handsome guys are still great friends. Check out the full podcast below and let us know what you think!

Until next time!

xoxo

Supreme Court allows transgender military ban as the legal battle continues

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States has allowed President Donald Trump’s transgender military ban to go into effect; a ban that is both cruel and irrational to our community.

The policy was first announced by President Trump in July 2017 via Twitter. Since, the ban has faced legal battles in lower courts, resulting in nationwide injunctions prohibiting its implementation. SCOTUS’s decision today allows the ban to go into effect while the court decides whether to consider the merits of the case.
