In case you didn’t know, it’s been a little over a year since same-sex marriage became legalized in the United States.

And what a great year for happy couples it has been!

Since the legalization, with each passing day, more and more LGBT couples have looked into the eyes of their beloved and known that they can now be united under law, and equally enjoy the rights that heterosexual married couples have been granted for centuries.

 

Equality is a beautiful thing, and should be embraced by all.

In April of this year, Lindy Dyer and Katherine Wall tied the knot on a breath-taking beach on the coast of Charleston, South Carolina. Having been in love for many years, this beautiful couple wants to share their wedding with you, and how much it means for them to finally be wed.

Supreme Court allows transgender military ban as the legal battle continues

Supreme Court allows transgender military ban as the legal battle continues

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States has allowed President Donald Trump’s transgender military ban to go into effect; a ban that is both cruel and irrational to our community.

The policy was first announced by President Trump in July 2017 via Twitter. Since, the ban has faced legal battles in lower courts, resulting in nationwide injunctions prohibiting its implementation. SCOTUS’s decision today allows the ban to go into effect while the court decides whether to consider the merits of the case.
