Gayborhood Global provides AI-assisted travel guides, safety scores (including the Traven-Dex), destination intelligence, trip planning tools, and a community feedback platform for LGBTQ+ travelers. Content is generated through a combination of public data analysis, AI-assisted research, and community contributions.

About the Traven-Dex. The Traven-Dex is a composite index based on aggregated public data, editorial research, and community reports. It reflects general conditions at the time of publication and is not a real-time safety assessment.
You assume all risk associated with travel to any destination, regardless of its Traven-Dex score. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damage — including bodily injury or death — arising from your reliance on Traven-Dex scores or travel information on the Site.
The Service allows you to create and share trip plans with other users, submit travel queries for AI-assisted research and recommendations, and provide feedback, ratings, and reviews of destinations and venues.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for content you share. Your content must not be unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that Traven-Dex scores, destination guides, AI-generated recommendations, or any other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or current.
TRAVEN-DEX SCORES CARRY NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF SAFETY WHATSOEVER.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gayborhood Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. We are not liable for the actions, content, or conduct of other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gayborhood Global, MX Interactive, LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Gayborhood Global agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Georgia, USA.
Class Action Waiver. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies under that court's rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gayborhood Global regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. We may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
